Step 3
Prepare for viewings
We’ll give you advice and tips on how to make your home as welcoming and appealing as possible. All viewings will be arranged and carried out by our highly experienced team who are focused on getting you the best result, and you’ll receive viewing feedback within 24 hours.

Sail through the legal process
Our highly-rated sales progression team (check out our online reviews) will guide you through from sale to completion; following up with your solicitor, your buyer’s solicitor, and any other agents in the chain. We’ll ensure you know what you need to do, when and how, making the whole selling process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Step 6
Exchange and move
Once all parties in the chain are ready and you’re happy with the contracts, you’ll sign and exchange them. As a guide, it can typically take 4-12 weeks between your property sale being agreed and contracts exchanging. Just before exchange, you’ll mutually agree on your completion date with all parties in the chain. On moving day, we’ll phone you as soon as the completion is confirmed – then it’s time to celebrate!
