Want complete peace of mind? When you sign up as a landlord with Michael Hardy, you can choose rent guarantee protection to ensure you’re not left out of pocket. We have teamed up with our insurance provider to offer a Rent Guarantee Insurance Policy for only £36 + VAT per month. So if your tenant defaults on their rent payments, this will:
- Pay all of your rent while the tenant is still in possession of the property
- Pay to cover the full cost of the legal eviction process
- Pay to pursue the tenants through the courts should they have damaged the property to a level which the deposit is insufficient to cover
