In 1998 independent estate agents were given the opportunity to join a scheme which would offer their clients an independent complaints procedure.

Initially few local estate agents took up this offer. At Michael Hardy, we decided to join because we want our clients to have the reassurance of knowing that our professionalism and integrity would stand up to examination. Moving house is a stressful time for most people and they need to know their transaction is being properly dealt with.
