Neal joined Michael Hardy in 1985, became the MD and owner in 1992, and opened Lettings in 1998. He's had a front row seat while Wokingham and Crowthorne have grown! Married to Debra for 33 years, he has 3 sons, 4 cats and a mad spaniel, Rolo. Favourite pastimes are circuit training, walking the dog, golf, and European city breaks.

Ben has 26 years in the industry, working for Michael Hardy for the last 14 years. He has lived in Crowthorne since 2002 with his wife Emma and enjoys seeing familiar faces and returning customers who often pop into the office. His other passion is mountain biking where he can often be found in Swinley Forest working off a few of the calories consumed at Crowthorne’s local eateries!

Barnaby has been an estate agent in Wokingham since 1998 and joined Michael Hardy a year later. Married to Katie who works in marketing, they have two daughters. He enjoys running, cycling, football and snowboarding, listening to music, producing and mixing dance music.

With an impressive 25-year tenure in hospitality management, Dan made a career change when he joined Haslams Group in 2021. He looked after a large property portfolio and achieved ARLA qualifications in six months. With his expertise in compliance, new tenancies and sales support, Dan now manages the Michael Hardy letting team to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Ricky's career started in Banking where he learned that excellent customer service brings customer loyalty and satisfaction. He moved to Estate Agency 12 years ago and has worked in Berkshire's most exclusive areas including Ascot, Windsor & Wokingham, earning a wealth of experience with different types of clients. He loves spending time with his family and finding new restaurants to enjoy.

Helen has worked in the residential lettings industry for 18 years working as a property valuer and negotiator. At Michael Hardy, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the industry and local market, with her endless professionalism and enthusiasm delivering an excellent experience for her clients.
Sarah Ankerson
Sales Negotiator, Wokingham
Sarah moved to Wokingham in 1995 after meeting her husband Tony. They have a teenage daughter and two cats. Before working in Estate Agency, she had a long career in the Marketing & Planning Department of NHS Blood & Transplant. She enjoys meeting people and is dedicated to providing excellent customer service. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and going to the gym.
Jane Down
Sales Progressor, Crowthorne
Jane joined Michael Hardy in Crowthorne in 2011 as a Weekend Sales Assistant and over the last 15 years her role has evolved and she spends the majority of her time working on sales progression, keeping in touch with solicitors, estate agents, mortgage brokers and all the parties in a chain to make sure everything can move forward without delay. Outside of work she loves spending time with her family and friends.

Gary has over 35 years’ experience in residential sales and is often asked what has kept him in estate agency for so long. The answer is simple - he genuinely loves what he does, helping people move into their dream homes and guiding them through one of life’s most important milestones.
